HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy)

Following a rigorous "Cytoreductive Surgery" to remove all visible tumors, a highly concentrated, heated chemotherapy solution is circulated directly within the abdomen. The heat enhances drug absorption, effectively targeting microscopic cancer cells that surgery cannot see.

PIPAC (Pressurized Intraperitoneal Aerosol Chemotherapy)

A novel, minimally invasive palliative therapy for patients with recurrent or inoperable peritoneal metastasis. Chemotherapy is delivered as a pressurized aerosol into the abdominal cavity during a laparoscopy. This allows deep tissue penetration with lower systemic doses, controlling symptoms and potentially reducing tumor volume.
